Why would they vote? Masters and Lake are Trumpy right-wingers. Same thing in Nevada with Laxalt, PA with Mastriano and Oz, Alaska with Palin and Chewbacca, and Georgia's Herschel. The Trump era is over. And never forget--at least 40% of Americans get some sort of transfer payments from the federal government. They're not voting for Trump, or for Trump surrogates.

So democrats weren’t motivated to vote for democrats but republicans were motivated to vote for democrats because of someone who wasn’t even on the ballot?

Ha what a fricking joke

That was the way it was, apparently. This past Sunday on "This Week with Jonathan Karl" there were interviews with long-time republican voters in Georgia who voted Kemp, but switched over to vote Warnock for Senate, because they couldn't bear Herschel's Trump connections.

Okay, but did they all vote for Walker? Walker under-polled Kemp by 5 points.

This is a problem that Trump has caused, and it needs to be fixed.

Suppression. Thousands weren’t able to vote bc of all the issues. Many came back multiple times. Some spent all day bc they were sent on wild goose chases going to different precincts only to get to the 4th place and be told they can’t vote there. Many just gave up at that point bc it was obvious the govt was going to make it next to impossible to vote. Many spent over 5hrs waiting to vote but had to pick up children at school or go to work.
Dude this happens to both sides sometimes.

Do you care when it happens to the other side?

AZ is not going blue. Both state houses still have Republican majorities, and there's a 6-3 Republican advantage in the house congressional delegation. Simply nominating unelectable Trump election conspiracy nuts for the state's highest offices does not turn a state blue.

It’s not going blue, it’s just that the Republicans are voting for democrats or not voting for republicans. Consequently, democrats are getting elected.

So, what would you call that exactly?

You’re just intellectually dishonest.

There is a band of morons the post incessantly on here that pretend they didn't post things they posted, and call others dishonest/liars when we don't play along.

quote:

You know exactly I have been posting but want to argue and deflect.

When you clearly post that there are thousands of videos out there proving voter disenfranchisement, why would I assume you really didn't mean it? Here's an idea - stop posting bullshite. Really, it's not that hard. Just don't make shite up and stick to information you actually believe in.

Sometimes I think you guys gaslight yourselves. You type out the same utter nonsense 8-10 times, and then start to actually believe it because you've read it so much, forgetting that you were reading your own posts.

quote:

You know I have been saying that thousands of citizens were victims of voter suppression and instead of acknowledging this you keep demanding more proof.

Okay, Ms intellectual honesty person, let's keep it straight. Yes, you posted a number of times "thousands of citizens were victims" but it's also true that the only proof you alluded to was thousands of videos, that do not exist. And I want to believe it's thousands, but I'm not willing to play pretend. Why would anybody take anything you say on the topic at face value? You're either stupid or full of shite. Not the type of person to believe, particularly on an anonymous internet message board.

quote:

The fact of the matter is you don’t believe all these people who have come forward.

More of your "facts" ... and a perfect example of everything I've posted above.

I've clearly posted that I absolutely believe there has been voter disenfranchisement. But somehow you know as an "LSUAngel fact" that I don't believe anyone was disenfranchised.

What we disagree on is the number. You've argued thousands, but everything I read and hear says hundreds. That's what the state's AG said. That's what Kari Lake's attorney said. But for somehow you know more than these people?

Tell us, why should we take your word over Harmeet Dhillon's?

Harmeet managed the Republican oversight of the midterms.

quote:

Just like I pointed out how you repeating Maricopa is ran by Republicans and completely omit the fact that these are Never Trump RINOs

Again, why should I take your feelings as facts?

And think about it logically. In one breath you argue that Maricopa county is teeming with Rinos, and in the next breath you suggest that McCain was loosing all of his support - "massive" is the word I think you used. Now then, does that make any sense? How does that logic flow - McCain is MAGA so he lost support from all the Rinos in Arizona? Seems stupid, doesn't it? And that's the filter anybody with a brain reads your posts through.

quote:

We get it… you don’t give a fk about citizens who were denied their fundamental right to elect their representatives bc they represent the MAGA/America First populist who are a threat to your GOPe never trump candidates.

I'm less GOPe than you. I even hold Trump, who was f'n very good to the establishment, accountable. You don't. You are a weirdly emotional and uninformed sycophant, which for rational people isn't the same thing as conservative.

I'll go a step further. I think you and many that emote like you do are wannabe conservatives who the Left and the establishment use like pawns. They have you so twisted up in their knots that you can't see or think straight. You are no better than the weak/moronic Rinos you despise.

Interesting voter registration changes over time -

1998 AZ voter registration
Republican - 1,013,533 (45%)
Democrat - 912,613 (40%)
Other - 338,145 (15%)

2022 AZ voter registration
Republican - 1,436, 852 (35%)
Democrat - 1,270,544 (31%)
Other - 1,436,533 (35%)

The ratio of Republicans to Democrats has actually gone up since 1998, but the big movement has been the number of independent voters. They now number the same as Republicans.

So you take the time to go vote and just don’t cast a vote for governor?

Come on man. There’s no way people actually believe that.

Kari literally held a rally where she asked if there were any McCain republicans left and then promptly told them to Frick off, that she doesn't need them.

Lmao... just as the rest of America, AZ started seeing McCain as the POS RINO for what he was. A damn sellout.

He was losing his last election & had to beg Trump to come stump for him and save his seat.

This happens frequently. In the presidential elections as well

In 2016, Democrat voters did not vote Hillary at the top of the ballot while filing out the rest of their ballot

in 2020, Republican voters did not vote Trump at the top of the ballot while filing out the rest of their ballot

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/11/23/arizona-ducey-hobbs-kari-lake-00070811

HOENIX — Outgoing Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said Wednesday his Republican administration will ensure an orderly transition to Democrat Katie Hobbs, his first public statement on her victory.

Ducey met with Hobbs in his office more than a week after her victory became clear and days after the last ballots were counted. However, defeated Republican Kari Lake has not conceded and has worked since the election to draw attention to voters who say they were affected by a problem with ballot printers at some polling places in Maricopa County.

Ducey called to congratulate Hobbs the day after The Associated Press and other news outlets called the race, but he had not made a public statement about the outcome before Wednesday.

Ducey was co-chair of the Republican Governors Association, which spent more than $10 million on television ads attacking Hobbs, but he was not an enthusiastic supporter of Lake. He endorsed her rival in the GOP primary and, though he endorsed the entire GOP ticket for the general election, he did not campaign with Lake.

or Biden for that matter.

people voted against Lake.
people voted against trump.

lake was the trump candidate.
she even parroted that she could only lose if cheated.
apparently a lot of people think that smells fishy. like a 3 day old fish in the sun.
