Honestly, he’s being too nice to the cops. He should’ve fricking told them to go frick themselves. If they wanna say they can’t do anything that’s fine but that doesn’t mean they’re not fricking scumbags. They need to be called out and held accountable. They could’ve arrested him. They could’ve arrested him on disorderly conduct. There’s plenty of things they could’ve arrested the guy on. But they chose not to do that because they’re afraid of the law the way it’s written and they don’t wanna have to do the backend paperwork so they use that shite as an excuse. Go frick those cops.

Yes he broke the law and should be arrested.
Laws are just pieces of paper. Only congress has the ability to pass laws. But regardless of what is passed, if they aren't enforced then you live in a country where sometimes it is ok for some people to piss on other people. And that is where were are. LE has turned into a gang. The rule over the innocent people and try to portray an image of "serving the community".
I am not against law enforcement and I do not believe all law enforcement officers are bad.
But make no mistake. This problem of dirty cops is not a small issue. And poorly trained LE is a big issue.

Most entertainment venues utilize off duty officers that are working secondary from surrounding municipalities.
The last thing any of those people want to do while they are on a secondary shift is make arrests and do the follow on paperwork.
