quote:

Wow! A man and his family go to a Morgan Wallen concert and some guy relieved himself on them??

—Naturally he calls the police, but when they arrive they tell him they cannot arrest this man due to Maryland laws.

—He says, “so a man can pull out his____urinate on me, my brother and my niece and there’s nothing you can do?”

— instead of arresting the perpetrator, the police gave his info to the victim saying he could file a report later or press charges.

Really, is this where we are at?
Is there nothing these police officers could’ve done?

Isn't pissing just spitting from the dick? You go to jail for spit.

Sounds like it should have been considered battery and potentially indecent exposure.

....I'm sure an off or on duty cop would allow the guy to piss on him...right before beating the guy down and claiming his face is now broken in multiple areas due to falling..

So he called the police and didn't knock the mother fricker out on his own?

I think that is the bigger issue.

shite we had a coach from USC get arrested for peeing in the bushes outside of a bar. Guess he would have been ok if he’d pissed on someone instead.

But if he would have shot him in defense of him and his family, which he should have done, or at the very least beat the shite out of him, he would have been the one arrested.

I don't know the details on it, but I can understand the cops telling the dude: Are the restrooms in the bar not available?

Something most certainly could have been done, you could have busted his arse with some knuckles.

This is a Case where a Good arse Whipping takes care of the situation. No cops needed.

If the father had pulled out a blade and cut the fella's pisser off, would he be at fault? Certainly this is a self-defense issue, right?

There has to be some details missing from this.
I cant fathom any scenario in the USA where that isnt assault.

I find it hard to believe that's not an arrestable offense literally anywhere in the world. If true, heads should role. If not true, all of those officers need to lose their jobs.

Could this warrant a civil suit?
