He is well versed in saying things his base wants to hear but he has no authority to those things. Lot of lawyers have to get paid first.

The stupidity in this is that if they do sieze a building and give to a "responsible steward" then they probably dont have the money or the means to fix the building...

Don't y'all do Communism?

.... Cuba does.

To support your point: I went to Cuba back in about 2013. Anyway it was about a week after Obama opened up to Cuba. Our trip was planned under the old Treasury auspices, though.

One of the things I noticed was that the waterfront mansions, that were built with shared walls, were in terrible disrepair. When Fidel came out of the mountains in 1959 many of the peasants followed. The commies housed them in those mansions, dividing them into fourths, fifths, or even sixths, and giving one area to the original owners. Mostly they slipped away to Miami, and the home was left to the peasants.

Since no one owned it, no one maintained it. In 2013 about every tenth one had collapsed, and the remaining ones gave evidence as to why. Structural steel could be seen where concrete had spalled and never been repaired. The structural steel was corroding in that marine environment. And when that steel goes the building won’t stand long.

I also saw:

- The best hotel in town - 51% owned by the Cuban government and the rest by a Spanish company - had water leaking through the windows of most rooms when it rained.
- I saw farmers plowing with oxen. I did not see a tractor at work.
- A highway that looked to be about three lanes in each direction with only one vehicle on it for miles (this was as viewed from about 500 feet above ground level). The one vehicle turned out to be a horse-drawn automobile.
- Their old town Havana in such a state of disrepair it will have to be rebuilt.

Tragedy of the commons. Yet another example of the failure of collectivism that elementary school kids can understand.

The government comes in, unless you've got buds) and lowballs. You bring your higher appraisal in front of a jury.

The jury splits the difference.

Then, how much are you willing to spend for legal representation?

What is interesting in Florida is that the lawyer gets paid by the government no matter what the jury does. Basically, throw out the highest number and keep your fingers crossed. The government pays your lawyer regardless so you dont have to.

Clearly, since you vote for people like him that do these exact things to every city they run. Congrats on another win.

Have you deflected a thread yet today on behalf of a pedophile?

That and they’ll keep raising taxes until only the super rich can afford to own property. What the ground level communist fools don’t understand is they’re just useful idiots to help the elite become more elite and all powerful.
