I'm not against it, but you know what will happen. They will then say NYC has to be bailed out because the city as a whole and financial institutions have to be preserved because it's too vital to the world to fail.

Everything I've read is that though he's leading in the polls, only 20% of N.Y.'ers voted in the primary. Every nickel he's promising to spend has to be approved by the City Council but it's probably safe to assume that political body is as liberal as he is.
