Agreed. Most of the rest of the world is utterly incapable of self-governance. Every place that the the UK or US brought under their umbrella during the 18th and 19th centuries is better off for it in comparison to their neighbors.

Hegemony promoting free trade, cooperation, coordination, and the development of Western values is a really good system, especially for the US who benefits the most from this system.

I'm not certain adding any additional opinions to our voting populace helps anything. USA is big enough. We can add a few more territories. No more states with voting rights.
