Somebody in the near future is going to be sitting in a court room yelling “that isn’t me!!” at a deep fake video that's indistinguishable.

I can remember Beck saying that in the near future, there will be 'evidence' such that it will be virtually unprovable as to whether it is 'real' or AI. What that can/will do to prosecutorial mechanisms re Law, is...destructive at the least.

Just a thought...hands with opposable thumbs WITH our large brains has advanced the human species to the apex animal in the animal kingdom. Orcas have large brains and are generally very smart animals but have no hands to create tools and advance technology for themselves. Chimps have hands with opposable thumbs but a small brain so they are limited to creating tools beyond a stick. AI has a MASSIVE brain but no hands and only has the power we give it. The issue with AI is who controls it?

Musk said the same thing last nite in his interview with Tucker. AI's potential mis use during trials is unlimited, as noted here, what is real or AI generated will potentially come into play at trials, etc. across the country. Rogan has already said that an entire pod cast of his was a fake, AI generated & he's placing ads proclaiming this.
