This is so typical of the EU's demise. While they decommission nuclear and coal power plants, they are dependent upon either Russia or oil/gas that passes thru thru Hormuz!
Meanwhile, the US, Russia, and China are meeting and securing trade deals!

Trump is demonstrating a master class in geo political politics!
And before anyone begins to spew their TDS vomit...... has any of y'alls "Trump is finished" predictions come to pass????

It must suck to be y'all!! Lmao! Y'all are nothing except silly clowns in an upside-down clown world!!!

The sad part is, all y'all TDS fricks will benefit from the results of Trump's greatness... such is life, Im glad for the US!

So far, France, England, and Spain have said they do not want any help from us in the future. It's an odd choice, but OK.

The only foreign war Mexico fought and won was against the French, hence we celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

Our action is what led to the current closure. It’s not on them to fix it. It’s our mess to clean up and that is what they’re telling us.

“I caused this problem, now I demand you come fix it or we aren’t allies” is just a bizarre perspective.

He asked or demanded (depends on the article) that seven countries help us. None of them have lifted a finger. Apparently that's "a master class in geo political politics!"

And....??? Lol. frick em. Their free ride is over. This is the way of the world.
If they don't like it, let em send their navy and air force over to fix it!!!
Oh..... wait, they can't because they dont have any quality military forces!
Why is that??? Because they've grown used to taking advantage of the US. Our tax dollars. Trump has em all turned upside down and the Europe doesn't know what to do. There's nothing they can do! They are weak, stupid, and cowards that have allowed themselves to become insignificant.

quote:

Spain’s PM called the war illegal. Ireland has denounced the war. France’s Macron says the war is “outside the framework of international law.” The UK’s Starmer initially refused US access to our own aircraft on UK bases.

Let’s review the bidding. What did Europe do to save Ukraine from Russia? Built a pipeline to circumvent Ukraine. What did they do when Russia violated the Minsk Accords? Nothing. What did they do when Russia again invaded Ukraine? Waited for America to save them. Of course, the same was true in the Balkans. In World War II. In World War I.

Our NATO allies dragged Barack Obama into an attack on Libya that he didn’t want, and then abandoned the country to al Qaeda. Our NATO allies have serially disinvested in their own defense and refused to honor their collective commitment to invest two percent of their GDP in defense.

So now they’re refusing to honor the “responsibility to protect” that they bleat about, and this after the Iranian regime’s murder of 30,000+ Iranians in January; and are refusing to support their NATO ally in support of a Middle East free of Iranian threats and terror. But we’re alienating them? Sure Jan

What’s any of that got to do with this decision from the Europeans?

Why would any country just blindly follow us back into the sandbox after the last three decades?

Perhaps if we involved them beforehand that would be different.

Note that all of these nations have or very recently have warships in the area. So do Japan, Korea, etc. They’ve all been conducting maritime security in the Arabian Sea area for years. They don’t lack the capability.
