Seems like you’re assuming facts not in evidence.
Curious if he actually even has a degree.

Jesus H Christ man. Your unalienable rights are that you are created equal and have the right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
Freedom of speech is granted by the government via the bill of rights, specifically the 1st Amendment.
We must start teaching civics in school again.

Tread lightly here, friend. The COnstitution of the United States does not give the People ANY rights. It simply states what rights, privileges, and authority the federal government has been granted. The Bill of RIghts is included to ensure that the government understands that it is limited.
To state that the 1st or 2nd amendments (or any of the others for that matter) are based upon the government granting thsoe rights is to say that the government also has the authority to take away those same rights.

Not at all and this is what Democrats truly believe. If they're granted by the government then the government can take them away. We are endowed by our Creator, not some Man-created government, as the Declaration of Independence says.

Criticizing, or boycotting, someone for an opinion he expressed has nothing to do with freedom of speech. In fact, the response is an exercise of freedom of speech just as was the initial gross comment. By criticizing the response you are violating your own misguided precept.

Hey stupidass, he’s absolutely free to say anything he wants. There is no freedom from consequences for that speech.
You ‘muh freedom of speech’ retards will never understand that. You just cannot grasp the concept.

Finally someone gets the meaning of the constitution and bill of rights. All to many believe that we get our rights from government instead of government controlled by the people via constitution. Unfortunately the lawmakers themselves don’t see it correctly either

This.
The US Constitution is supposed to be a limiting document…on the government.

We also have the right - even the OBLIGATION - to point out speech that is idiotic, or purposefully disruptive, harmful, and dangerous.
Your freedom to make mouth noises does NOT eliminate OUR freedom to point out disgust it engenders and the ignorant danger it projects.
The constitution only gives you the right to display your ignorance - it does NOT prevent you from being identified as a worthless piece of shite for being so stupid as to broadcast the drivel accumulating in your head.

It does not “create“ any rights. It recognizes the pre-existence of certain rights … and denies the government any authority to interfere with them.
