Live stream links. The house chamber link is on the left of the video player and the Senate chamber is on the right.

House starts at 1pm, Senate at 4pm(?)

Livestream link

Call those that changed their vote. Constitutional Carry can still be voted on again. No fat lady, not yet.

So the Senate has 3 bills on the calendar and starts at 4 pm.

The House has more and starts at 1 pm.

There are no committee meetings today.

Why do they start so late? Why not start at 9 or 10 am, knock it out, hang around for the other chamber of necessary, and then shut it down and go home?

Why do we allow them to suck these per diems like this?

You can call those cucks however many times you want to....bottom line is the LSA got to them and JBE threatened at least one (Connick) and probably more with vetoing the funding for their districts in several areas.

The fat lady has sung.

It takes a while to beat four senators until they change their vote to allowing constitutional carry.

There aren't committees in veto sessions. They just all stay on the floor.

I’m not in the part of Jefferson Parish that Patrick Connick represents, but I’m in his brother Paul Jr.’s as DA.

Paul you’d better call your baby brother because I will oppose any Connick running for anything but a bus. This includes Democrats since Patty boy votes like one. His conservative credentials are getting weaker year by year. Not a good family look!

House is taking up the bill related to transgender athletes playing in women sports. Rep. Duplessis is opposed of the bill. He says, “it dangerously leaves open the door for a coach or a staff member to accuse a girl of not being a biological girl.”
