So you believe that lions should be allowed to enroll in schools?

What's the harm in banning things that aren't happening? What's the negative impact, in your opinion?

Because there are real issues, that are actually happening, that are effecting the present and future of this state.

What Landry is doing, are the exact things we’ve all been bitching about with our state government for years now. They don’t fix the real issues. They think they’re our parents, and try to dictate, and tell us how we should live. They all either care about getting rich, getting their buddies rich, or trying to get to DC. It’s nonsense and Landry is trying to get to DC. He wants to make national headlines with these stupid social issues, because that’s what gets you famous. I think Landry is taking crime seriously, but what about our economy, our infrastructure? Those are the important issues. Not CRT, the 10 commandments, trans people, etc.

The impact of the government imposing more and more restrictions constantly? What could go wrong?

Yes. Unless there is a severe mental retardation, a child has a sense of understanding of "that person doesn't look like me or any of my relatives."

And that understanding comes with labels of black and white?

My son understands that his sister has different color hair and eyes than him. You’re saying understanding that means he knows he’s a different race than his biological sister? And he’s mentally retarded if he doesn’t know he’s a different race than his biological sister?

He is restricting the government when he limits teachers. How do you not see that?

Just because small children don't understand the backgrounds of various ethnicities (African, European, Asian) does not mean that race is a social construct jfc.

You stated this...

What you're saying your child does isn't classifying. It's being perceptive and noticing physical differences. That's not classifying them into subcategories to be treated differently. Kids do the same thing with height, weight, hair color. And none of what you are saying, is what CRT teaches. CRT explicitly teaches that essentially the plight of the black person is because "everything is racist" towards them, and specifically calls out white people. You trying to equate your child perceiving differences to "this is why we need CRT" is typical white liberal guilt.

Is there evidence that its not? Marxism is a disease that the left has been spreading through the educational system for decades. This is a good move and should be extended to state colleges as well.

Irrelevant. Pushing CRT/DEI philosophies is the current craze among education elites. Whether it's being pushed here yet or not, this bill means it won't happen at all.

Your stance is like you complaining about ads warning against drunk driving because you have never driven drunk.

Now do you think that headline is asinine, or insightful?

This guy sure spends a lot of time on things that have nothing to do with the economy.

Lots of political posturing from a career politician.

Your child has never noticed that someone of a different race looks differently than them? Has your child noticed that women look differently than men? Sure, they may not know the terms "black" and "white", or "man" and "woman" until they are taught those terms, but anyone can perceive differences.

My daughter is 3 years old, we had a plumber here the other day to work on our water heater, he was a black man (very dark skin with an African accent), and she asked me "daddy, why does that man have a black face?". It doesn't take a genius to notice that some people look different than others.

You have expressed an idea that is absolutely and completely irrelevant to the idea that I expressed. Why would you do that?

Enrolling lions in schools is happening all over the county? If you’re going to bring up some dumb arse example, at least do a little critical thinking.

Also, how often have you criticized JEB, Obama, or Potato for their overreach?
