I don't doubt that there are places doing this, possibly even this hospital. But having listened to the recording, the 2 people who "confirmed" that they do this procedure sounded dumb as a doorknob and like they didn't actually understand the question.
The first person (general receptionist?) sounded like she was confirming that the hospital treats minors because she said something specifically about "some departments cut off at age 18." Being that it's a children's hospital, it sounded like she was saying "yes, since the patient is 16 we can treat them."
The second person sounded just as dumb and was trying to figure out what body part was in question.

They just so happened to have it on their website as Gender-affirming hysterectomies and then conveniently removed it after the audio was released.
