Looters and shooters

Mentioning bringing in the national guard and then the looting-shooting bit in the same tweet, is a clear sign of inciting violence. How is it not? In fact Trump later walked back his tweet and said he meant shooting ‘leads’ to shooting. Forget left/right, can you not read his walk back? The fact that Twitter blocked his tweet (and not others of others people) is still secondary/irrelevant to the fact the man is inciting violence.
How do any of you justify that? Are you condoning shooting of looters? What am I missing? I would like to hear without judging or going AOC on you (I’m not a liberal FYI).

It meant, when the looting starts, the owners of businesses will start shooting, to stop the looting. It's a warning about what generally happens.
