Gaetz mixes it up. He def rocks the slim fit fairly often and his fashion has improved lately. I think a Republican from a conservative district needs to be careful not to peacock too much (see: Cawthorn, Madison).
If I had to say something positive about Biden, I'd compliment his suit style. He should wear more colours than just deep blue though.
