Indeed she does
She clearly has a very limited understanding of a whole multitude of things that make this impossible. First of all, ocean currents don't even work that way. Second, a dead body on the open ocean doesn't last very long. Definitely not long enough to float thousands of miles.
Third, if we wanted to "disappear" them there's millions of better, more efficient, more untraceable ways. Fourth, 5 shackled bodies washing up on any first world shoreline makes news, and those people are identified by LEOs and it's a huge story.
I could go on with how retarded this "conspiracy" actually is, but you get the jist

They should probably look at a map when making such a statement. It would be quite the trick for five dead shackled bodies just off the US coast to shoot that strait between Portugal and Morocco to end up on a beach in Italy.
