A team of lawyers and the Pentagon have been consulted IF he declares an emergency @ our southern border.

No one wants a democrat POTUS to declare a green global warming Carbon tax for us all; as we are all overtaxed, double taxed (SS payments taxed while working and again when collected) to our graves.

I see your point but that particular scenario wouldn’t hold because taxes can only be levied by Congress.

I’d worry more about them stacking the Supreme Court by adding seats then using the next school shooting to declare an emergency and order firearm confiscation
