I oppose the death penalty, just on moral grounds I don’t think any man should determine when another man dies…
However I do think if someone is sentenced to death and there’s zero reason to doubt and there’s eye witnesses and 10000% assurance they’re guilty.. it should be don’t the next day.
But I do worry about some cases where people have been sentenced to death and have later proven innocent. Even 1 out of 100 would make the whole thing untenable
