My guess is he planned something similar to the NO attack, just didnt follow through with it.

It seems weird he would detonate it while in the vehicle when there was nobody around. I wonder if it accidentally detonated too soon or something.

If there would have been a single attack, Biden would have been force to shut the Border. Why would our enemies attack when they were being given free/subsidized entrance into the Nation in numbers that guarantee a victory? This is not rocket science for common sense people. Get your troops in place and then attack. It’s coming this year.
