I feel like there needs to be some rules as to transferring and having to sit out a year, maybe based on what grade you are in. So, if you are going to be a junior or senior you can transfer without sitting out. But if you are a fresh/soph then if you transfer you have to sit out a year like it used to be.

You can't have this system with an entire team transferring out. That is just stupid.

And the schedule needs to be changed as Saban said too.

Saturday, December 27th Bowl Games

by deltaland

I don’t understand why with 52 seconds and a first down with 3 timeouts they found it necessary to go for it all every play

They had plenty of time to throw some 5-10 yard passes to the sideline and get within the 10 yd line before throwing to the EZ

Exactly what I was thinking too.
They didn't need to keep taking shots into the end zone every time.

I'm too late.. Just went to a conference at the same place a couple months ago! Really enjoyed breakfast at this bar called The Werewolf. Enjoyed it!
At the end of the day, a team in the top 10 is the best team. Previously in the 4 team playoff pretty much everyone said the top 4 was the best teams. There is a small chance someone outside the top 10 could get hot and make a run. But I think the best team is in the top 10. So all this stuff is not a big deal. Someone will always be unhappy they got left out.
Let's face it...no win situation for the new coach. Lose the game and that really sours the momentum. Just let current staff finish up.

Green just got tackled by Jai Eugene Jr. ?

Dang I'm old
Nobody that has anything to do with offense should be retained. I would keep Frank Wilson in a recruiter role. That's about it.
Why do 2 players always go to the inside ?
I feel like getting rid of Franklin was premature. Grass is always greener on the other side mentality. For the money they are laying down I don't know who they will get that's so much better.

I'm the busiest I've ever been and we can't hire enough people...(engineering and CAD).

CPA firm here, same deal.

Same - public accounting. Still been hiring and busy. But there has been less people going into accounting in last several years and work keeps piling up.
Congrats BK. Did it! Good game overall
That entrance down the hill seems like an injury waiting to happen.

One of those is an FCS team, which since about 2011 or so we have always scheduled one FCS team per season for a home game, and it’s typically been a Louisiana FCS team, including McNeese. The other one of those teams, UofH, is a P4 and likely not going to come to Cajun Field.

Yea, I get that. Was really just rattling off some schools. But certainly the closer regional matchups is better than playing some northeast school. And also having to travel there for the road game.

But they have Liberty, Rice, Tulsa, UAB, Kennesaw the schedule coming to laffy pretty solid and localish.

Have to disagree a bit here. Most people around here do not care about any of those opponents except maybe Rice. I suppose Tulsa maybe.

I think for all the G6 programs having better geographically aligned conferences is what's needed. Playing LA Tech, Southern Miss, McNeese, Houston, etc more often would help some. Still need to do the work to improve the experience with tailgating and all that which others mentioned in prior posts. But more localized opponents are really needed. But perhaps there is no choice with the way the conferences and tv money work.

Millennials had a higher workforce participation rate, and worked longer hours than boomers in their prime working years.

Worked harder and longer for less gain thanks to the policies and the dollar being worthless because of the debt.

You know, we all have lots of nice STUFF these days and amenities that were not there many years back. I'm not a millennial(young Gen X'r) but I just shake my head at all these threads. Every generation had their crap to deal with.

Sage Sure Insurance?

by Jj283

Had Sage Sure for Ida, and still have them. No issues having my claims paid. Rates have gone up just like everyone else. Nothing bad to say about them in my limited experience.

Good to know. I just switched to them (actually Auros but they are affiliated). Had been with Progressive who had gone up substantially in the last couple years and my premiums went way down after the switch.
Buffalo Bills Super Bowl champs hat (from some year back in the 90s when they lost a bunch).
