In many areas, the unions run the board.
The board elections are set up on dates where low turnout occurs on purpose. A small, dedicated minority can run the board. See: Union.

If your district has a “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” Director or Officer, your district has already implemented this teaching in some fashion.

We talk about how the country is always on the cusp of falling and it’s true. But this is the type of stuff that has sped up our collapse. Look at the action items listed. This is full blown propaganda being pushed onto another generation that will undoubtedly grow up to be Leftists looking to further destroy our founding principles. Again, this is completely avoidable but it takes a strong moral foundation, a nuclear family and a free economy.
As a country we’ve lost all three of those. Moral relativism has won. Traditional families are relics of a “patriarchal” past. The economy isn’t free as the government is picking industries to collapse or prop up with borrowed dollars.

It really is pretty amazing.
I can think of two "systems" that matter that you can argue are racist - education and the border. Both are controlled by Democrats, and both frick over blacks and poors.
