Doesn't matter. The Democrats don't stand a chance in the next election.

Admittedly I'm not a huge fan of Landry, but if he helped bring more real conservatives to BR, I'll gladly tip my hat to him.
It wasn’t just Landry and LCCM. It was also LABI that had a big assist as well. They won nearly ever race they contested or at least got it to a runoff.

Jeff Landry

But Garret Graves would be a great representation for Louisiana though. Louisiana, a school with a bloated and failing education system electing a governor who went to 3 universities without graduating with a degree
Scott Walker didn’t have a college degree and he won 3 elections for Wisconsin Governor.
A college degree helps but it’s not the end all be all.

The stink of Jindal will be replaced by the stink of JBE. Louisiana gets 16 years of those two clowns.

Do you think Abraham will try again?
It’s probable and he’s the one who did not burn any bridges like Rispone did and will have more name recognition.
There’s precedent as well with Jindal running against Blanco in 2003, losing and winning four years later in 2007.

What do you think about Clay Higgins?
I like him but he’s too big of a risk and likely will not play well in Jefferson and St. Tammany parishes which are strong GOP suburbs.

Nightmare scenario - JBE trades explicit anti-abortion constitutional amendment for elimination of Article 4.3 - runs for 3rd term..

I don't see any of those 4 running.
I think the GOP side will feature Garret Graves
Graves is a turd, didn't do a thing to elect a fellow member of his party this election. Why, because he wanted JBE to win for his sorry arse to run next time. frick Graves, Landry will win if he runs. Many don't like the guy, but he fights for LA and is not a BETA frick like Rispone. He has fight in him and will not sit on his hands and tell you about his bumper sticker.

Just don't see Graves as a viable candidate. I think it will be either Hewitt or Scalise, and perhaps Landry.

I will be throwing my hat into the race. I plan to the exact opposite that La has done for the last 150 years. I know that I can count on you baws' support. #Whiteboots4WeeWee2023!

Kennedy should have run this time. I will support Abraham if he runs again. Landry is not thought of very highly in legal circles.
Posted on 11/20/19 at 7:13 pm to boudinman
Billy cut a deal with Bel to stay out of the race entirely, no campaigning for the R’s and Bel promised to keep anyone meaningful from running against him. He is likely to run in 2024. He’s possibly more dishonorable than DisHonor Code. No thank you.

Wouldn’t that be a plus?

What about Scott Angelle? You know that opportunist is waiting in the wings for another chance at a government paycheck.
Posted on 11/20/19 at 7:35 pm to boudinman
Either Landry or Kennedy. Landry would be a big winner IMO, he’s great

Mike Johnson is way cooler than Garret Graves though
Mike Johnson is a lot of things..."cool" is not one of them.
Graves is the most charismatic of those listed. Johnson is probably the brainiest. Landry is the presumed leader and will thus get dog-piled and lose.
Kennedy won't run. Abraham probably won't either. Hewitt probably will. Smart and tough, but I just don't see it.

Your boy Phony should run as well, need another Beta bitch to saturate the field. He doesn't need a check, but he wasted a shite ton of money and ran a shite campaign. Glad you knighted for the soy boy ( I voted for him in futility after his death knell attack on Abe).
