If not for his own inappropriate behavior, Binger has otherwise gotten a few small wins as far as establishing character. Lied about being an EMT and drove without a license. But his frick ups have over shadowed all that.

Maybe it's because I am used to Louisiana, but driving without a license wouldn't get anyone on a Baton Rouge jury to think anything negative because they're probably doing the same thing.
