This is honestly a big problem for me, personally... as I'm sure many posters have figured out. Gotta draw a good line between being right vs being righteous.

The left is hoping that by successfully defending the WORST a-hole, that the government will just give up on deporting the minor assholes.

This is what's crazy. What would a success look like for them? There is no way that Abrego Garcia remains in the US as a free man.

At this point, this a-hole just needs to be shot “attempting to escape”. Enough of him.

They're trying to instill the fear of lawfare. They want immigration authorities to just give up when every single deportation requires 12 court cases.

That's a good point.

I think the downside for them will be that the Democrats will be increasingly linked to illegals in the eyes of independents...thus the genuis of the sombrero memes.

Be a shame if Kilmar Epsteined himself in the terrible inhumane detention center.

When due process becomes never ending process,
there is no justice.

quote:

The story of Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not one of injustice, but of excess. For more than six years, the American legal system has poured its time, attention, and taxpayer dollars into one man who entered the US illegally, assaulted his wife, and worked with known members of MS-13. His immigration and criminal cases have touched at least twenty judges, climbed through every rung of the judiciary, and drawn in senators, NGOs, and activist lawyers who seem determined to stretch the idea of “due process” until it means “never-ending process.” What began as a straightforward deportation has metastasized into a symbol of how the American left uses the courts to obstruct immigration enforcement and punish conservative administrations that dare to act.

By any reasonable measure, Garcia has received more due process than any citizen ever could.

Anyone who wasn’t retarded knew this would be the result of bringing him back from El Salvador.

If you didn’t know this, look in the mirror. And know you’re retarded.

He’s not going anywhere, so just accept that. There are enough Dem Federal judges who can and will issue orders halting deportation.

Send him anyway as a statement. What the hell can they do but sky scream?

fixed.

Just like when one judge ordered that decided he could not be deported to one country- his country of origin every judge that touches this creates de facto asylum because he does not meet the requirements for asylum.

This is important to the anti-American black robes because if they can prevent this 'tard from being deported, then they can stop any deportation they wish.

That is important to the over-reaching, fascist, power-expansive legal system because they have been using that method for de facto extra-legal asylum for illegals for a very long time.

There are thousands of Killmars in the que. All being insulated from US law by it's judges and they need them to know that they, just like Killmar, are protected if they riot in the right places, vote the right way, and inflate the census/representation in just the right districts (listen to the NGO, they will tell you where to go - if not, the judge will hook you up with one).
