sad fact is once they are sworn into office you cant undo that no matter what you can prove.
at best you can force a new election but the dimrat stays in office until that happens, and at this point that will be in the 24 election

We don't know that yet. All we have is the breathless attestation from armchair constitutional scholars who have double pinky sworn that nothing can be done.

The negatives far outweigh any benefits with collecting ballots. Any reasonable person would agree this method has to great of potential for cheating.

What would the remedy be if she ultimately won? Would the election be redone? Or would the previous ballots be recounted using the new criteria? That would be a complete mess.

Crazy how much effort Hobbs is putting into stopping a conspiracy theorist terrible candidates Hail Mary. I mean they took six weeks to count the ballots, so you know they made sure everything was done correctly. Why else would it take so long? Also, Drumpf is a racist rapist white supreme pizza bigots.

KL's legal team has a tough hurdle to get over, but signature verification and ballot custody were always the legit issues to address. She wasted a ton of time/resources fighting the printer/tabulator/disenfranchisement battle. From the article, here's the hurdle:
Lake must also “demonstrate at trial pursuant to her concessions that Maricopa County’s higher level signature reviewers conducted no signature verification or curing and in so doing had systematically failed to materially comply with the law.”
Hopefully she has the goods.

I wonder if the court makes a ruling unfavorable ... again... regarding too high a standard... goes up on appeal again and ultimately the clock runs out and time for another election.
As for burden of proof, they are reviewing the ballots. She should merely have to prove that more than 17,000 ballots are wrong or illegal. Makes no different it was reviewed higher up if they are crooks.

I am so vested in this because Lake is such a no BS candidate, that I would fly to AZ for her inauguration. True story. It would be a big win for the GOP, however, given the lengths that the left will go to stay in power, I won't hol my breath
