Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson reaffirmed a previous minute entry, setting trial dates for Kari Lake’s trial on the remanded fraudulent signature verification claims in her lawsuit against the 2022 election.

Kari Lake is going back to trial on May 17, 18, and 19!

quote:

Thompson ruled that the arguments by Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County to dismiss Count III regarding fraudulent signature verification failed and were “not persuasive.”

The Minute entry concludes:

quote:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED denying Plaintiff’s Motion for Relief from Judgment.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED reaffirming the trial dates set forth in this court’s May 8,2023, minute entry setting the matter for trial on Count III.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying the Motion to File Amicus Curae Brief submitted by a third party and opposed by all parties to this litigation.

Lets all pray that a honest judgment will be reasoned by the judge, election overturned and new election ordered but this time with paper f*cking ballots and licensed IDs and see how that ends.

How many ballots with fake signatures were counted in Maricopa county?

Any chance these ballots get thrown out and Kari can claim victory?

The beneficial effects of these wins will last about as long as fog on a mirror.

quote:

Lake’s attorneys say the county accepted thousands of ballots that had been rejected by workers for having mismatched signatures. The Arizona Supreme Court revived her claim challenging the application of signature-verification procedures, reversing a lower court decision that found she waited too long to raise that claim. The state Supreme Court sent the claim back to the lower court to decide if there is another reason to dismiss it, or if Lake can show that enough votes were affected to change the outcome of the election, which she lost by over 17,000 votes. Thompson then ruled there is enough evidence to continue with trial, which starts on Wednesday.

The former gubernatorial candidate alleged that at least 164,000 illegal votes were counted, according to The Associated Press. Three signature verification workers have said they experienced rejection rates due to mismatched signatures on 15% to 40% of the ballots they encountered.

If memory serves, it was something like 32k-33k (but I could be wrong). Hobbs won by only 17k.

That would be the goal. If there were enough to overthrow the official result, that would be a political earthquake. I wouldn't be shocked to see Democrat strongholds counter by trying to lessen or remove signature verification laws in their states.

Who would have thought the most secure election was actually 2016?

They had to cheat after the fact with russia collusion because they really thought Trump had no chance.

Thank god for Trump though. The GOP would have ran some lame arse dude and wed be on hillarys second term rt now.

No. This was Maricopa County trying to stop the judge's order.

Not just her but this entire country and actual election integrity.

Not the Dem’s bastardized and warped interpretation of election integrity.

There's 100k in question right now, and the "margin of victory" was only 16k-ish.

Can y'all imagine the level of brainworm infestation it would take not only to openly cheerlead subversion of democratic principles and outright election fraud... just because it results in "your side" being installed into power?
