Interviewer: How will you bring down prices and make life more affordable?

Kamala: I grew up middle class in an area where people were proud of their lawns...

People are really supporting this low-IQ person

BTW, Kamala has now had money longer in her life than she was ever poor or middle class. This is a piss poor attempt to make her relatable when she keeps getting busted wearing necklaces worth $60K

If by “middle class” she means entitled, then…sure.

She is just repeating the lines she learned for the debate. As I said in another thread yesterday, how does she not have a canned 30 second line about reining in spending? It would be an easy opportunity to even say there should be cuts to some programs she doesn't like.

Why is it always some sort of badge of honor to pretend you grew up poor?

It’s the new “unburdened by what has been.”

I’ve never seen a faker candidate besides this guy I knew that ran for student govt president.

This backfired on them again. They thought that if she did an interview on a Friday night with a local news channel - it would not go national - oh, it went viral nationally and it’s glorious to read the feedback on this train-wreck of an interview

People are especially enraged at the assault rifle bans and her lies saying most NRA members support universal background checks.

Her mom was a biomedical researcher. Her dad was a tenured, award winning economist at Stanford.

Does growing up middle class in Canada mean she was rich or poor by US standards?

Certainly was by the educational aspect of class, but being a professor's kid doesn't make you that well off financially, especially given her parents divorced when she was 7, then she lived with her mom who didn't remarry.

As I stated in the OP, Kamala has now had money longer in her life than she was ever poor or middle class

She has no idea what the modern middle class family deals with and hasn't in a very long time. This is not something she can relate to.

Harris is a POS liar. Her father was an Economics Professor at Stanford (and an avowed Marxist) and her mother was a scientist.

Middle class my arse. She wouldn’t know middle class if it smacked her in the head.

You know, there is a reason her father disowned her. It all makes sense now.

Love how she pulled the same shite as the debate... Avoids the question completely and goes to the woe is me space.

The funny thing is, people see right through her bullshite.

Sure. But being an award winning professor of Economics with multiple books published at Stanford isn’t the same as being an associate professor of education at Southeast State University.

It shouldn't be a badge of honor. I just use it to explain some of my weird habits. Like never buying a new piece of clothing until the one I have has a hole in it. And, yes, my upper class wife gives me hell about my clothes.

The expensive necklace doesn’t matter because her earrings were only worth $850 from Tiffany’s
