What is the diff between the idea of trailer bravado and brainwashing to run toward a confrontation. If one exists, to me, so does the other. If brainwashing or social conditioning is at play, then don’t we feel sorry for them all to a degree.
We have some fricked it people. Folks in another thread refused to believe I wouldn’t plead guilty to something I didn’t do. Maybe you’ll give me this; I’d neither block the street to confront a suspected thief with a gun, nor attack a guy pointing a gun at me. I’d probably freeze with hands up or maybe run. If the guy seemed intent on shooting me in the specific moment, yeah maybe I’d go after the gun if running weren’t an option for some reason. This guy ran at toward the gun for like 30 yards I’d you think about it.
I give none of these people any credit. frick em all.

Seems like he hurt the case of his family or friends by keeping the video. If connected (and not feeling remorse) then it seems like he would have destroyed the film.... that is what most pathetic defense lawyers would have done.
Of course, we see stupid gang bangers and other criminals filming their activities and showing the world, so maybe, it is just the "viral video" addiction of the stupid.

I'm the spawn of satan (according to the left), a middle aged, white conservative, southerner, Christian. That being said there is easily enough evidence for an indictment. Arrest those involved, let them post bail and take the case to court. If you have any interest in justice, this should be the minimal threshold.
If there is evidence to exonerate these guys it will come out, but to try to rationalize their actions at this point is ridiculous. I've seen some say he should have run the other way or if they think he MAY have committed a crime they could apprehend him with no evidence. What happened to liberty?
Really? I'm sure those are the same that support protesters carrying AR-15s into government buildings in Michigan. Shouldn't the police think they MAY intend to commit a violent act entering a public building armed? Can a black man walk through a white neighborhood with an AR or AK if he isn't harassing anyone? A group of muslims?
