Chirafisi is in Madison and was an ADA years ago in Kenosha County.

The judge juat unilaterally is allowing them to see it with the motion of dismissal on the table?

That depends. Now that they've seen the footage that the defense wasn't given, it probably strengthens the case for a mistrial if a guilty verdict comes back.

When Barnes was part of the defense team, he brought in Richard Baris to survey/poll Konesha. Baris' polling revealed about 2/3 of who they polled deemed Rittenhouse guilty, and most would't budge on it. Barnes wanted to do an advanced jury selection and Richards ingnored him or didn't believe him. Now you have 2-5 on the jury that are hold outs for guilty on something. Jury selecation is why we're here. It's going to a mistrial by the jury.
