The judge up for reelection in Fulton County, what will he do??????

I would imagine the county district in which he sits and runs is not necessarily the stereotypical image of Fulton County, Georgia that most people probably have. It’s most likely on the other side of the tracks, if you catch my drift.

If I’m blatantly wrong about how this works in GA state judge elections - in that case I was just joking. No one will ever know the difference.

The prosecution is going to actually wind up with better, smarter, and probably more dogged lawyers handling the case. However, maybe they’ll be smart enough to realize they’ve got a bad case.

He disqualifies Willis and just to rub it in….Trump hires the judge to work for him once he gets run out of office.

Disqualification is unlikely. Certainly possible, but unlikely.

You think he is going to side with the prosecution that the defendants must prove the conflict not only produced a financial benefit but they also must prove that benefit changed the outcome (verdict) of the trial? That is their argument.

All our lives we are told that the standard is "even the appearance of impropriety". They've been teaching this in law schools for as long as I've been alive. Not only did they establish there was an appearance of a conflict, they proved 6 fatal conflicts occurred. There is no way in hell the judge is allowing those 2 idiots to continue. Splitting the baby at this point would mean allowing another attorney within the office to take over but I honestly don't see how that happens either.

Remember you have another officer of the court, a DA in another county, ready to testify that not only was she told the relationship occurred before Wade's appointment but she personally heard Fani instruct a witness not to cooperate in the evidentiary hearing. Witness tampering is a crime. She is also caught paying her lover from seized property funds.

Misappropriation of funds, perjury in multiple courts, saborning perjury in an evidentiary hearing, perpetrating a fraud on the court, fraudulent billing and reporting. If the judge allows these "lawyers" to continue this case there is no such thing as due process rights for the accused. The judicial system will have officially become a joke.

Alan Dershowitz was on Newsmax and they were asking about this deal. He went on for about a good 10 minutes with the laundry list of reasons why she needs to be disqualified. Unfortunately, here lately rule of war means nothing, so we’ll see.

Bingo. I’ve had judges disqualified from cases for less. Generally, they recuse themselves just to avoid the bullshite and higher chance of any ruling being appealed.

There’s 2 sets of precedent on how to rule here. I’m guessing he will rule that while it appears there might have been some irregular behavior, it was not proved beyond a doubt. Thus, setting up the appeal on which precendent the judge used…pushing the trial out much further. Also, gives time for the Governors office to open the commission who would now have the authority to remove Fani.
She’s an idiot for not just stepping away from all this. She’s a narcissist that doesn’t see the end of this path, is drastic for her

I think he disqualifies her. There’s no way he would have dismissed those 6 perfect phone call charges if not

Fry em all!!!

If she is not DQ, then disbarred, someone needs to come up with an indictment on her directly for Fraud plus a shitpile of charges!

Someone has video of them pulling a few kisses, grabbing P_ssy or tits in a hallway at a hotel in the Caribbean, plus this DA who said she heard the phone call with dumbass lawyer (Bradley) again saying the relationship started in 2019. I guess that will also be brought up and he was texting and mentioning this as absolutely fact, but under "absolutely speculative facts" LOL

I'm strongly leaning on Fani Willis and Wade both being disqualified tomorrow and then will refer the case on to the Georgia AG's office for further action/evaluation.

This is the only thing I can see that would restore any faith in some degree of fairness in the judicial system - at least in my eyes. Hopefully combined with a recommendation for prosecution and further investigation into the whole 'secure election' narrative.

This would give me some glimmer of hope.

and THIS is what worries me.

I am beginning to worry about the whole 'election' of judges scenario.

Any election implies POLITICS are involved - and judgeships should be as far removed from POLITICS as I can imagine.

But what is the alternative? establishment of a new gaggle of 'integrity keepers' ??

I’m watching Megyn Kelly show. Dershowitz is on. He says he already tipped his hand he will NOT remove Willis.

Maybe Wade, but not Willis or Fulton Cnty DA office.
