My guess, even though I hope I’m wrong is that he does not disqualify. However, I think he’s gonna throw Trump’s team a bone and offer an immediate appeal which once again kicks this can three months down the road and kills it pre election .

I predict he'll not disqualify because, he'll say, he is constrained by the law's imposition of the burden of proof on the parties seeking disqualification...

Even though anybody watching knows what happened.

I'm strongly leaning on Fani Willis and Wade both being disqualified tomorrow and then will refer the case on to the Georgia AG's office for further action/evaluation.

I've also been saying for over a year now that this case brings down the entire Jack Smith trial.

With the nation watching - hard to imagine him not doing what is obvious.

He’ll come across as a weak judge and/or partisan hack if he doesn’t.

But…. He might have a bright future of appointment from a Dem. That could be his motivation.

He should DQ her (and her "special prosecutor").

But, he won't.

Anything you disagree with is a deep state conspiracy and any ruling that goes your way is legit

I’m of the opinion he DQs her solely based on the unanimous SCOTUS ruling last week on the Colorado ballot decision.

How he took this long is beyond me.

Seeing as he used to work in her office, I'd say he has an out that he needs to take to avoid conflict of interest. This should be a blessing to him.

Should be a DQ, but questioning if him throwing Trump a bone Wednesday around the phone call charges is a setup to clear fani, but hamstring her prosecution.

The judge up for reelection in Fulton County, what will he do?????? Be brave and no longer a judge or... Never mind, Fani will not be disqualified. Loverboy might be, but 0% chance Fani is booted.

I think his motivation is the fact he picked up a leftist challenger in the eleventh hour who is going to run against him. He is being intimidated. Democrats go for the jugular.

Not reelection per se as he was appointed to the bench to finish out an unfinished term... but yes he's running for his 1st full term to this post

He was unopposed right up almost to the sign up deadline when someone decided to run against him on the platform of convicting Trump
