You mean what do we think our shite system should do to a racist misandric DA who perjures herself on the witness stand?

Well the perjury is a potential issue for another case.

It's only a credibility issue in this one. The judge can't just convict her of a crime or revoke her license for his individual assessment of perjury

Didn't think an outright dismissal was ever really believed. The resolution should be to remove both. It's beyond obvious to everyone. Judge is playing politics.

There was only minor pontificating involved, and that's b/c some of the law in this area is novel.

Novel = B/S

It's obvious what's going on here. Can we stop pretending this is some legitimate legal proceeding?

Not according to GA law.

As stated in the OT, GA legislature now has the authority to remove a DA from a case. I would expect for Fani to get the foot to rectum treatment in short order. Kemp signed this into law Wednesday (I believe our Wednesday PT poster would approve).

Got it. Perjury is only a credibility issue if one is a prosecutor (or other shite legal system participant). It is only a crime for the rest of us.
