They can still detain them until a warrant can be issued still can’t they?
In Texas you can be detained for 48 hours without arrest. Federal I think is 72 hours.
Keep those judges busy signing warrants.

So are we going to apply this ruling to all federal and local law enforcement regardless of citizenship? Or just the border patrol?

Ok, so "detain" them until abruptly deporting them. Cut the "system" out altogether.
This could actually save both time and money. Being in America without legal authorization or status is a crime. A felony, in fact. Every illegal in this nation is currently guilty of a felony.
