Lawfare has destroyed justice.

Justice is subjective. It depends on who is in charge.

Lawyers get elected to office, create laws that require more lawyers.

If any industry should be socialized it would be the legal industry. It only really benefits rich people.

They can lease one and make the pilots state employees.

Sovereign immunity says hello.

What's the difference in the flight to Martha's Vineyard and the overnight flights to disperse illegals to every corner of the US administered by the Biden administration?

Well the ones done by the federal government have legal authority behind them without a doubt.

The stuff Florida did is not as clear, but, even then, the state actors were dismissed.

I kind of think this case is awesome.

I think of all the legals sleeping in the police station and Chicago. What were they promised? And by whom?

There could be lawsuits all over the country for this stuff.

Then again, as the Trump case in New York proves, cases will only go against the non politically, correct, so yeah, frick it all. Hope is lost.

Just in time to call Desantis' bluff on sending more.

The court, however, found that the facts of the case “taken together, support an inference that Vertol and the other Defendants specifically targeted Plaintiffs because they were Latinx immigrants.”

Lefties are like a dog in a bone when they push their garbage. No Latino like this, and find it insulting, but that won't stop them.

I think the claims are based in people alleging they were promised jobs and shelter at the new location.

Iirc MA is a sanctuary state and have housing laws to help, so promises are based on what MA has advertised. Frick'em.

This means the NGOs that help to bring these people across our border in an invasion can now be sued as well.

If they fraudulently induce them? Then it's possible.
