How can someone who isn't a citizen of this country or at least a green card holder sue?

This baffles me, just like that Obama-appointed judge saying that an illegal alien can have Second Amendment rights.

...by the charter company?

Yeah, that didn't make sense to me.

I've been wondering how Ron is dodging some type of kidnapping charges or false imprisonment claims. I'm guessing the illegals are signing a waiver?

The only thing owed to them is a stamp slapped on their foreheads and a one-way return trip back to whichever shithole countries they fled.

I did not read the ruling, but I imagine it's a joint venture-type theory.

And, I'll repeat again, the charter company didn't lose the case.

I know TX had them.

Well, ignoring all the illegality, I don't know what that has to do with this thread.

Who was "slapped on their foreheads and a one-way return trip back to whichever shithole countries they fled" in the OP?

He said in a statement that the ruling sends the message that private companies can be held accountable for helping rogue state actors violate the rights of vulnerable immigrants through what it characterized as illegal and fraudulent schemes.

That’s not the message that was sent, haha The message was “we don’t want immigrants at Martha’s Vinyard”, but we will disguise with some woke excuse.

Oh, that's right. In your paisley-skyed world, all of the "migrants" are noble men and women who will one day grace the halls of our hospitals and universities as the highest of achievers, having gotten their start in the United States as legal asylum seekers.

GTFOH. They're illegal aliens and WE OWE THEM NOTHING.

They do not respect our immigration processes. What reasonable expectation do we have that the dregs of third world society will respect our rule of law in other regards?

Spoiler Alert: We don't. If they had the capacity to make our country better, they likely would be doing so in their home nations. frick a bunch of parasites.

...what?

Find me a post where I said that, or anything close to that

This sounds like a random melt that has nothing to do with this thread, still.

I believe a reasonable settlement would be for the charter company to agree to fly all of immigrants in the case back to their country of origin free of charge.

The court also said that “Unlike ICE agents legitimately enforcing the country’s immigration laws ... the Court sees no legitimate purpose for rounding up highly vulnerable individuals on false pretenses and publicly injecting them into a divisive national debate.”

If I were the governor of Texas I would be suing Joe Biden personally and citing this line from this ruling as my legal precedent.

If I'm asked why I sent them there, I am saying "because I want to make sure they are living better and taken care of". Martha's Vineyard is such a lovely and caring place.

Democrats can put that in their pipe and smoke it.
