What laws were broken during his previous deportation?
Apparently you had difficulty following the conversation.

and WOULD have spent maybe a few thousand to deport him, if the administration had just followed the law from the start.
But “lib tears” and all that.
The only thing that makes sense is the Administration wanted to use Abrego-Garcia as a scare tactic to get illegal aliens to self deport.
They could have sent him to Costa Rica on Day One. They can send him to Costa Rica right now.

Take this guy to Guantanamo Bay. Release him in Havana. All is well that ends well. Courts can not force ICE to return him as he is no longer in ICE custody. Cuba can then do with him what they wish. He is not getting back in the USA.

Apparently you are a whiny turd who complains about everything and every process while simultaneously declaring you aren’t really liberal. Lol sure thing chief, go protect him with your gaping vagina. I look forward to your declaration of your “conservatism”. I am sure our resident legal experts covered the Constitutionality of his deportation lol

Blame retarded blondi who brought him back here to charge him for some crimes when they could have done it over zoom.
Like I said that lady is dumb as a rock and completely incompetent.
Deport him to Africa and tell the judge to suck your dick or he can get with him.

Current court order that blocks most locations. They were working on Liberia last time ABC has a timeline

This is a great example of what Adam Carolla was talking about in his recent interview. This is chaos, the left just opposing everything, no matter how completely ridiculous and stupid it may be. Think of the time, resources, and money that has been spent on this criminal, to keep him in the United States. It is totally insane.

Apologies for the trigger.

I guess that it's not the end of the world if this miscreant hero criminal is free until he is called back into court by the DoJ.
Still pisses me off that he's still here.

He had a removal order. it was not appealable either. Is this judge mistaken or did something happen?

Has anybody heard an explanation of why they brought him back from El Salvador? The Administration had won by placing him beyond the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
Obviously, they weren't serious about the trafficking charges for which they supposedly brought him back, because they are trying to deport him rather than keeping him for trial.

He was indicted in Tennessee for human trafficking migrants When the indictment was presented to Nayib Bukel, he released him to DOJ custody ABC news
My take, there was getting to be some heat with all the orders on this trial and it was a way to get him back to both comply with tge order and reduce tension and save face on not looking like you are bowing to the judge

Good take. Why do you think the Administration didn't just petition to overturn the 2019 order re El Salvador? Do you think they're just trying to punish him? He could be deported to Costa Rica today.
