He Chose to abide by a blatantly unconstitutional usurpation

Except he immediately appealed and won. That dumbass judge gets all the blame. And now other judges wont want that heat, if Ketanji is willing to bitch slap them

HUGE Win for Trump. All around. Even CNN & NBC say so

When people who are self employed lose a client due to financial downturns.....that income drops to zero.

But MfN Gimp is in a tailspin because his shite was gonna go from 100 percent to 67 percent.

Sounds like only the order requiring paying at 100% has been stayed.

The Trump plan to pay at 50% is apparently still going forward.

What? No expert legal analysis on how yet another partisan hack judge with a god complex is actually an impartial and ethical steward of the sacred practice of law?

Boy, we sure missed out. Too bad.

Because its an executive Branch decision to do what it decides is best with the money it received from congress.

No. For political reasons. But it will be cover in 2-3 weeks when the funds they were ordered to use run out.

What are you talking about?

Several states for sure including California, New Jersey, Washington, Kansas, and maybe more used the time between the judge’s order to pay in full on Thursday and the stay order late Friday to put in quick full month requests for all needed for each state and already received the all November money. When the final total comes out on which states got funded in full during the timeframe between rulings the Dems will not have as much pressure on them this month due to their judges’ political activism. Trump needed to be more aggressive from the first ruling.

Ketanji may have stayed it, but the timing allowed funds to get distributed which I am sure was planned.

Trump does need to start taking a stand on these judges and force the Supremes to act quicker on judges acting like they are President instead the judges’ usual get to it on their time approach, but I am more concerned about the weak arse Republicans
In the Senate caving to Dems as usual to be nice and fair like they want to be treated when in the minority regardless of what Dems actually do to them constantly.

I didn’t support ending the filibuster, but now I do. Do it and pass a ton of crap including welfare reform, judicial reform, and immigration and asylum reforms. Trump can veto any attempts by Dems to reverse for 2 years after 2026 elections. Pass stuff that will have a strong effect even if reversed in 2029. If it’s good stuff Dems will not win everything anyway. That’s what Dems would do and do because Republicans allow them to pass all that crap without filibustering them. Several even voted with them.

She just did a huge favor to Trump. Trump can say he was willing to pay out benefits but the court won't let him. He can no longer be blamed.

The administration had to file to stop it. The press will also play it the way they want. Trump should have reacted quicker in the name of stopping activist judges. Parker does not do shite. I am about to support Trump ignoring these quacks just like I have started to support ending the filibuster and pass everything thing possible without caring about 2026.

Maybe she realizes deep down snap benefits do nothing more but breed more government dependent black Americans.

The guesses and insinuations in this thread are hilarious

This is a procedural stay as it unfolds in appellate court. She’s responsible for such actions in the 1st Circuit, where this started

This is not a partisan decision or any form of judgment at all

Do you even know what the simple concept of 180° is in reality and metaphorically? Not that bright are you Lawyer? As an Engineer I can explain Azimuths and chord bearings to you if you’d like?

What we know is leftist judges once again ordered Trump to break the law with no constitutional authority to break the law. Thereby opening the door for impeachment down the road for him breaking the law. Why would he fall into that trap because Democrats want to increase COVID era extra cash for their insurance company buddies who are already screwing all of us?
