Obstruction of justice to start with.

Would you apply that charge to any Judge that blocks a presidential decision or is it specific to this one?

If the DOJ abides by this ruling, wont they be defying the Supreme Court?

I still think the federal govt, as landlord, should have the marshals close the building, then state the judge has abandoned her job and proceed.

Just send in a member of Seal Team 6 to have a talk with the Judge to explain things.

I would apply that to anyone that disobeys the jurisdiction of the SCOTUS.

Black robes....

April: you can't fire them, Congress has allocated funds

Oct: you can't fire them, even though Congress has not allocated funds those are the ones that keep the swamp and people of my political persuasion in business.

For a lower court judge to rule on something that goes against a previous ruling from the SCOTUS would certainly cross into the "obstruction of justice" territory.

I tried to find what Biden charged the federal judge that blocked his student loan cancelation but I couldn't find anything.

At this point if I was Trump I'd call Hegseth in late one night for a little chat, then just sit back and watch.

Ooh, activist judge disappears on their way to work one morning? Activist judge found in their home after suffering a massive coronary?

I mean, I'm the President, I can't tackle Karma Crises.
