During the Gulf War, he is famous for walking around the shower tent stark naked, even when female enlisted were present.
As VP, Joe would routinely skinny dip with female SS agents present. He knew they couldn't do or say anything.

Even more sadly, I'm even more inclined to believe that this is 100% accurate.
Brah is all jacked up on amphetamines and can still barely remain upright. Honestly it's elderly abuse. Normally that type of thing really pisses me off but Biden spent 50 years laundering tax money to enrich his friends and family, and systematically aiding in the internal self-destruction of the USA...
