Lol. I've had numerous patient complaints about the speed at which I talk and the jargon I use. I'm trying hard to write out simpler explanations for things and just use those as stock phrases, so hopefully that will work.

Yeah the judicial assistant said what I wrote was done very well and explained things, but the whole situation (it actually involved three separate cases and references among each of them) and the multiple motions and exceptions I followed we're just too much to follow. I actually almost wrote a flow chart to give to everyone to explain how things would go, but I didn't because I knew I understood it all better than anyone else which gave me the power to dictate things, which I did.
Usually I aim to write my stuff to where my client can understand. So that's a challenge occasionally with the right client

I spend my days embarrassing doctors…by your posts, you would be one of those.
You must get all your cases and your practice from Morgan and Morgan

The question was why are we mass vaccinating everyone when the normal course of this disease is so minimal. You said it's because immunity is social. So I am asking if the Covid vaccines are providing immunity? Because it seems they are not. Back in May didn't the CDC change the criteria for breakthrough cases - was it known then that being vaccinated does not prevent one from spreading Covid?
So the question remains why vaccinate the young and healthy with a vaccine that doesn't prevent spread?

I cannot tell you anything about the effectiveness of Ivermectin, but the doctors I'm around who are not leftists are not recommending it. They are willing to try different strategies, but that is not one they are using so far. People need to be careful when buying drugs at the Co-Op.

The left is anti science
Are you really this fricking stupid? It won the Nobel Prize for its treatment of parasites.
Some of you frickers literally are poster children for the dumbasses that left makes so much fun of.

The plural of anecdote is not evidence. If docs wants to try this drug, fine. If they dont, also fine. I agree that all treatment should be under supervision of a doc. But the left's all out war against a drug that won an award for its effectiveness in humans for a different illness is borderline insane.

So if this is the basic course, then why the push for vaccines?
Except in the case of comorbitiy?
This!! Eventually they run out of room to twist their arguments

So is it safe for humans to take or not? The goal posts keep moving.
This is wild, but drugs can be used to treat multiple things. Surely you cant be this stupid.
OMG!! You cant take aspirin for your heart health! Thats only a fever reducer and pain med! Drugs can only do one thing!!!
You cant give antihistamine to your dog!! Thats only for humans!!

I work in healthcare. Whenever I see doctors get a hard on morally bloviating over something I immediately think they don’t have any good data to support their argument…or they are just assholes. Great example was hydroxychloroquine. All you heard was this was a deadly drug….that my mom has taken everyday for 20 years for lupus. It’s fear mongering bullshite.

It isn't minimal for a very overweight and geriatric population. COVID can produce subclinical symptoms in lots of people but severe symptoms in people with metabolic derangements.

So I am asking if the Covid vaccines are providing immunity?
The mRNA vaccines are provoking immune response for one immunologic portion of the virus, which will lessen disease severity (and has in my experience). There are molecular reasons for designing the mRNA vaccines this way as well, as directing selective pressure across a population toward an epitope-biased serum antibody response is also an attempt at avoiding antigenic drift.
Whether they provide long-lasting immunity will remain to be seen. They do provide protection against the most pathogenic portion of the virus.

So the question remains why vaccinate the young and healthy with a vaccine that doesn't prevent spread?
Because decreasing disease severity and course will hopefully decrease viral load, which potentially hints at lower infectiousness.
The issue here is that while mass vaccination campaigns have been extremely successful in mostly eradicating certain diseases, they weren't the sole reason the prevalence of those diseases were decreased. Infectious diseases have different routes of transmission, and without a combined strategy of decreasing routes of transmission along with vaccination, we will always have occult infections, and will never reach herd immunity, unfortunately. No one is really interested in decreasing routes of transmission, so the efficacy of vaccines will be limited in the absence of a mass vaccination program that occurs within a condensed time period.

The fact that Joe Rogan is in better shape than 99.9% of everybody on the planet earth is the reason he was able to get over Covid so quickly

Someone needs to tell these "journalists" to do a quick search on River Blindness and Ivermectin.
The level of stupidity in this type of reporting is reaching weapons grade.
Seriously. What does it take to get a job with the title of "journalist"? Are all of these people just failed actors?
