Joe describes himself as left wing on pretty much all issues expect for guns. He's also very much against identity politics and will have anyone his show regardless of their political stance

It’s only an hour long.

That might be his shortest podcast that I can remember. I’ve watched every one he’s had over the last about 2 years and they are usually a minimum of 90 minutes. Says a lot about ole Bernie

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being liberal or conservative. It's just the media warps peoples' perception of those labels. There are plenty of left wingers that aren't retarded SJWs and plenty of right wingers that don't wear shirts saying "guns don't kill people, I do"

The Mel Gibson one was about an hour but Mel barely said anything. It was mostly some doctor talking about stem cells.

like Rogen. He’s sharp and usually pretty good and down to earth

I like his podcast. He often presents himself as an authority without meaning to because he's talked to so many people about so many different things, but his whole shpiel on heat shock proteins and shite is insane. Even if it's legitimate. Lol

A 15 dollar min wage in Louisiana would be catastrophic.

Chamber of Commerce types have predicted catastrophe in the face of everything from abolition to the Clean Water Act and the ADA. I'm done with their cries of "wolf."

Signing a $15 / hour minimum wage might actually be the one thing Trump could do that would halfway unify people.

There aren’t a lot of people that try to form an opinion on their own and are genuinely understanding and accepting of other opinions like Rogan is. When I first saw he was announcing ufc I figured he was just a meathead but after hearing him announce his first fight, you immediately know he is highly intelligent and studies whatever it is before he opens his mouth. I was blown away at his understanding of technique and strategy in fighting. He clearly applies that concept in all walks of life.

I’d say legalizing marijuana would go a hell of a lot further. I don’t even smoke but it’s way past time for it to be legal nationwide.

Not to sound like an authority on the matter, but I’ve listened to Dr Rhonda Patrick on tJRE, and in her health podcast, explain in depth what heat and cold shock proteins are, their function and benefits. Dunno what’s so far fetched.

Trump endorsing a 15/hr minimum would certainly be something. I'd love to see the reactions to it

Joe was a competitive kick boxer growing up and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’m not surprised he would know his shite in announcing fighting.

Legalizing weed would create a surge of new jobs (see Colorado) while raising the minimum wage to some arbitrary amount of $15.00 per hour would mean the cutting back of hours of the workers who haven’t yet been fired to offset the cost to the owner.

And since when did the minimum wage become synonymous with a living wage? If you’re responsible for all your expenses then why are you still working somewhere making only minimum wage? That sounds like a problem you should be in charge of fixing, not the government.
