Those dumbass do not realize that money comes out of training dollars and it doesn't matter if they are flying over a stadium or and open field, they would still burn the gas. Those DA do not realize that it also is a heck of a recruiting tool for the Armed Services. This is why we need to bring back the draft, so we will stop generating the lost masses of fools.

The audio definitely feels like two things:
1. they are making fun of jets flying over mostly empty stadiums
2. Aikman is saying we are all screwed if Biden wins and they inact the green new deal... no one is going to be flying jets

This reading reminds me of the scene in The Martian after Matt Damon has responded "Are you fricking kidding me?!?" after they've just given him horrendous news and one of the higher ups is jokingly asking one of the engineers if she thinks he may have meant it in an excited manner like, "Are you fricking kidding me?!?"
Yeah...I'm fairly sure based on context that both were bitching about the flyovers.

Apparently Aikman doesn’t even know who is at the top of the Democratic presidential ticket. That, or he knows who will really be running the show if Biden wins.

Aikman even explicitly said "That's not happening in a "Kamala-Biden" administration. He even pronounced it "Komuhla"

I can't say I'd be comfortable with soy backup in combat. If half the 'men' I see daily at the grocery company I work for are drafted, most would probably shoot a friendly or themselves in the vagina.
