Those “fair housing policies” were a direct contributor to the housing market crash years ago, but I’m sure it will work this time around. Bunch of morons in DC.

How this works out is like the repeated experiments in college classrooms of the entire class sharing the class average as their grade.
It works for the first test until all the good kids get tired of carrying everyone else and all the bad kids realize they can give less of a frick than normal.
Final grade for the semester always turns out as an F because no one wants to pull the wagon.

Bill oreilly talked a lot about this yesterday on his website. Truly shocking. We’re no longer a nation where everyone is treated equally. Some of the things being done is to create a police commission that will dictate to local PDs on how they should operate. This equity zone also protects minorities from getting fired, even if they aren’t doing their job, and will be a get out of jail free card for any minority who commits a crime. Simply because they’re the victim of a racist system.

Was coming to post the same when I saw the phrase equity. You see this all over Twitter anymore. Taking those who are deemed to have more than they need for those who don't have enough.

But this "equality to equity" bullshite narrative has been being pushed by the race pimps for a while now. and their pimp hand is growing stronger, unfortunately. so expect more of this horseshite.
Hell. I sit on a HESS committee (health, environmental, safety, security) that meets every 6 months to discuss safe handling & transportation of certain hazardous chemicals on US highways & railroads. Which one would think would have absolutely nothing to do with politics. In March last year we had a "guest speaker" give a presentation on this exact bullshite. It was absolutely absurd!!
Now please tell me how or what racial "equity" has to do with the procedural review of an emergency response team, safely offloading 90 tons of dry liquid chlorine from an overturned railcar.
This type of shite is going to be forced upon us whether we like it, or not. and what is so frustrating is that this rhetoric is the opposite of constructive & creates more division between demographics.
I have grown to have an unhealthy & visceral hatred for ALL politicians & the perpetuators of their lies in the MSM. Every single last one of them.

This will all continue and increase mediocrity. What's happening in schools is a prime example. American students are falling farther and farther behind their counterparts in other parts of the world. Because our standards are being lowered all the time to cater to the lowest common denominator. Which serves no one, and does great disservice to all ethnic groups.

Teke, you must have spent time in a fortune 500 company in the past couple of decades. I cant tell you the number of times I sat in an HR strat plan session and fought with other managers to get the competent minority available. Otherwise I was stuck with one of the poor performers (who were never fired).
At Pepsi we also went through a stint where we recruited from Hampton and other historically black colleges, the hires were so racist we stopped the process. They literally came out of those universities with a degree in business and a minor in how to document and sue your company for racism, while accusing everyone they worked with of being a racist.
Thats one of the reasons I moved outside the states....I became the minority
