What does the pedophilemcharge have to do with his arrest related to Jan 6 events? There is an argument to be made that if he had outstanding warrants he shouldn’t have been set free but transferred to the custody of the appropriate jurisdiction. However for that the happen the jurisdiction would have had to have done their work and had a hold in place. If he was unjustly held for Jan 6 then he should be pardoned as he was. The other charges are independent.
