It does seem he was trying to change or at least deflect away from the subject. Interesting

Well we don't have any actual evidence of that, yet.
And this story would fit exactly into what I have described to y'all is the vast majority of incidents
quote:
Callihan had previously dated the girls’ mother, Callie Brunett, and it’s why her murder is now being investigated as a domestic homicide.
Family members and close social acquaintances are the most likely people to violate, kidnap, or traffic children.
That's where I leave the discussion on trafficking (also due to lack of evidence at this point), because I'm not going to spike the football like a piece of shite when a little girl was murdered, like so many on this board like to do.

You know, one might ignore or overlook some of the other downright stupid shite that you post but when it comes to human trafficking and pedophilia, you are one worthless motherfricker that needs to go play in traffic...

I’m going to wait for the dateline episode to actual understand this case.. in the meantime, I hope they put that muthafricker in his grave

You need to read the rest of the post. I gave you the presupposition that this was trafficking and why this is exactly the paradigm I've told y'all is the most common.
If you're worried about pedos and human traffickers (or kidnappers), watch your family and friends. They're the most likely people to commit those crimes.

I imagine he will be convicted of 1st degree murder in both LA and MS (I have to imagine they determine the child was killed in MS, given the timeline). He may also get federal kidnapping charges.
Like I said earlier, the only way he doesn't get the death penalty is if the family asks that not to be the outcome (and he'll get multiple consecutive life sentences + decades).

So he had no connection to the mother? Just straight up killed her and kidnapped the kids?

He had a romantic history with the mother.

They need to start skinning him from the soles of his feet up until he reveals every damn thing about any connection to 'trafficking.'

Sweet little girl. God Almighty this country is descending to hell. The culture of death is pervasive. Yep, this entire country needs an exorcism.

When children and sex are involved, we should make the pain and suffering of the criminal so public and horrendous that it will affect those on the fringe with thoughts of doing something similar. I would have no problem being judged being the one to inflict it.

I cannot deny the logic that if as a society (obviously in trouble) we were to adopt extremely “cruel and unusual punishment “ that such action would indeed deter if not eliminate the crime for which such barbaric action is imposed. If the purpose of law and punishment is intended to promote a civil society, and in the case of child abuse of the worst magnitude, then whose fault would it be for the suffering inflicted upon said children? Would it be the perpetrators or those who - y not acting accordingly- to most surely prevent said suffering on the most innocent and vulnerable in our society? It seems that we decline to adopt such extreme but surely preventative action in this case, not because of its service to the innocent victims, but because of our fear that such will harden our hearts and turn us into the evil of the which we purport to loathe and deter. That fear may be unfounded but inaction surely guarantees the unimaginable suffering of innocents. So whose fault is this? Fearful or high minded citizens or the sickest and/or most evil in our human family. I think we should begin to seriously debate the prudence and morality of such action/inaction. The Catholics say that there are sins of “commission “ and those of “omission “. I think they are right. It’s closing in on us. Lord have mercy on them who love.

You're forgetting the biggest variable: torturing innocent people who have been falsely accused of grievous crimes.

I hope you feel happy not only trying to spike an internet football over the grave of a dead girl, but lying to do so. Good job.
