I’m pretty sure it’s just a move to cut down on crowds of people who recognize him. The man is muff diving on a steady stream of 22 year old models. I’m pretty sure he is fine with diseases

Having random photographers take a picture isn't really the same as every other person you meet knowing who you are.
A disguise doesn't have to be complete to be effective. Just appreciably decreasing the attention would be enough to justify it.
