Cool. You are free to believe him all you want. I happen to believe he’s a snake.

Why? And if you say it's because of lack of experience or that he's had a change of heart politically, did you vote for Trump in 2016? If so, I fail to see the difference.

I don’t trust him. Feel free to trust him if you like.

He’s floated an aggressive inheritance tax among other troubling stances.

There’s nothing he could respond with that wouldn’t come off as hypocritical or needlessly dramatic.

He's too young and with his changes in what he thinks about certain things needs a little more time to see where he settles in. He would make a great VP to Trump or Desantis.

What’s hypocritical about having concerns about some of his past?

What’s dramatic about reviewing the little record he has

Just blindly trust him because he speaks well and says some things agreeable?

That seems lazy.

You don’t even know he went from bashing trump to fluffing trump.

you are quite the idiot with this statement - anyone who automatically accepted Trump instantly in 2015 - who did not know him very closely - would have been insane to NOT question him.

I know I detested the man during the primary season - but that was based on the fact he was totally unknown quantity to me - just as Vivek is now. I never heard him say anything in his agenda driven statements that I disagreed with, but I had no reason to think that he was anything but a con-man = I even suggested he was 'running' for POTUS in order to accumulate some 'reality show' footage for an upcoming follow up to "the Apprentice" = figured he'd call it = "So - You Want to be POTUS??"

The point is that I did NOT like his persona and detested some of the crazy bullshite he did with the nicknaming, etc. However, he was less evil than HRC so I was PROUD to vote for him in the general election.

Now, I'd have crawled bare chested over broken coke bottles to vote FOR him in 2020 vs Biden. And. began this election season thinking I'd feel the same way again, however, I thought DeSantis would be an overall better POTUS. Then Vivek happened - and he has the most appealing combination of intelligence + logic + truthfullness + moral basis + openness I have ever witnessed in any candidate for anything.

My ONLY reservation is lack of record on which to base his performance. I would gladly take my chances with Vivek vs ANY Democrat - and any GOPer other than Trump himself, and my views on Trump have been dampened by his lack of perfection during the COVID scam (but certainly better than any democrat - and nothing actually BAD - just not PERFECT in hindsight.)

But your only objection to Vivek you can state is that he may have said some imperfect stuff when he was a teenager.

He has the charisma, intelligence, youth, fitness, ideology, and merit to be more effective as a repub POTUS than anyone we’ve seen since Reagan.

Yeah. As seen on TV. Convince me that what we see are his long-held beliefs. Convince me that the entire government and media won't get together to stop his every attempt to fix things.

Too bad the GOP and republican base is in shambles.

The GOP is in shambles because they have made promises for decades and never even attempted to follow through. People are tired of their shite. The base is fricked with infighting and never trumpers not able to even consider the big picture. They have already destroyed desantis' future. I guess Vivek is next for them.

Welcome to the board Vivek. Why don't you explain for everyone to see your past association with the WEF?

He has nothing to judge him on. He can literally campaign on any issue and promise the world, because he has no ideological basis or history.

I didnt trust Trump either.

The fact that I tend to agree with much of what he says doesn't for an instant make me think HE believes any of it.

to be honest - that is a fear in the back of my mind also. And at first I dismissed his apparent gloss for that very reason.

however, I have seen him deliver well thought out analyses of tricky scenarios that were designed to get him to say some from which a 'sound bite' could be generated. He has responded with such a genuinely appealing display of fundamental logic, assessing various alternatives along the way, and - where appropriate - calling out the questioner for such an obvious 'set-up' question. I have never seen anyone with this command of the logic and the factual history and analysis of future results of his agenda. He is either completely based in his stated opinions or the greatest con-man the world has ever seen.

Again - my only remaining reservation is that he doesn't have the 'past performance' resume to substantiate his ability to get thing done. Trump did not have that either, hence my reservations about him at the time. Trump has done nothing to allay my reservations about his reckless persona, but I still support him based on his past performance in the face of unprecedented persecution from political henchmen.

I like them both - If I could choose who'd be POTUS right now - it would be Vivek. If I could choose who would be the GOP nominee, it would be Trump.

Both positions can be effected by subsequent events.

There is time. At this point in the game in 2016, everyone still though Ted Cruz was the guy

This is not a theory. lol, the establishment would 100% prefer to have Trump go away and deal with Nikki. More wars, more money spent, same old status quo.

Trump supporter here and in ways you are right. BUT nobody has been battle tested like Trump and he STILL fights for America when he could save a lot of money by just retiring and going to play golf or go to his beach resorts every day. ( sort of like Biden does now )

Yep. I live in SC, and if you turn on the tv every other commercial says Nikki is the only one who can beat Biden.

I wonder how much this ad blitz is costing them? I don’t know anyone here who supports Nimrata.

I was one of those - and didn't change my position until months after Trumps inauguration.

Logical people must be able to change their positions when confronted with true information that contradicts prior beliefs.

The current understanding of actual truth is always superior to any previous thoughts you may have had to the contrary.

Incorrect. I don’t expect many to look deeper though.

Not sure what you are going on about but I would also vote for him over whatever loon the dems run out.

First it was don’t question trump. Now it’s don’t question Vivek.

Have fun with that.
