Even better question—what’s the issue with people protesting a protest??

I've never said you can't be upset that people are protesting something you disagree with.
My point was just as the OP realized most on the right were wrong to be upset about the protest he called out, will happen again.
The right is always 10-15 years behind “progress”. We need you all to balance things out. Some times things move too fast, but eventually the people on the right come around.

I don’t have an issue with protesting.
However. Just like y’all have a right to protest, others have a right to question and examine the motivations of the protests.
Y’all have chosen “no kings” as your slogan, but i have yet to get a clear or logical answer as to what trump has done that has made him a king.
Taking executive action allowed by the constitution doesn’t seem congruous with accusations of kingly behavior.
I would be much more understandable of the protests if they were, for example, protests against downsizing the federal workforce or protests against tariffs.
But the protests basically accuse any right wing policy of being “king”

Lol I haven't chosen anything.
I've never protested a day in my life and can't imagine caring enough about any of this to protest.
I just don't see the issue with anyone from the right or the left feeling the need to protest

We’re apparently on a different wavelength here. Must be on me, with my initial comment to you. The No Kings thing definitely ain’t in my repertoire. I’m on the other side of the field. I’m for Mo Kings, but only if it’s Trump. Of course I say that tongue in cheek, but I’m sure you’re picking up on my vibes now.

You're the second poster to try this non-sequiter "argument" with me. I DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF THESE PEOPLE PROTEST 24/7.
My problem with them is that they don't have a clue what's really going on in this country. The corrupt Political Establishment HATES President Trump because he's a political OUTSIDER who did not spring up from within their ranks, and hence, they can't control him.
Have you ever stopped to consider that our corrupt system had set up an election in 2016 between 2 members of their corrupt system? 2016 was supposed to be an election between Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush. Two slimy, corrupt members of the crooked system. But then a brash billionaire businessman named Donald Trump came along and turned their Swamp upside down. That's why they've spent the past decade trying to destroy him.
I don't give a damn if these clueless left-wing loons want to protest every day. This thread was about the Political Left in general, but since you want to focus on the protestors, I'm saying that they are marching IN FAVOR OF THE CORRUPT STATUS QUO, but they are too stupid to realize it.

In 10-15 years, you will look back and think these protests were warranted as well. Especially if this term continues to lead to more conflict.
People were flying by 15 years ago.
Everybody experienced Obama and has lived through his policies.
We have lived through BLM.
People started paying attention from that point on.
The last decade has seen the rise of the podcast where actual transparent journalism has exposed everything behind the veil.
That’s why Trump was elected.
Then Covid hits, and because people have been awoken for years we caught on to what was going on.
Then the election was won by Trump, until about 4am the next morning after 100,000’s of democrat mail in ballots were dumped in key swing states. Then Arizona and Georgia took weeks to count ballots lol.
Then we lived through 4 years of pretend Biden.
And then the people really said frick that and showed up making it top big to rig, you stupid frick.
If stupid fricks want to assault federal agents for enforcing the law that the people mandated, to then they can. And if they assault federal agents they should be frickING SHOT.
We are sick and tired of your fricking patronizing and gaslighting.

Hypothetical scenario, just to guage exactly where you are on the political spectrum.
Here's 3 hypothetical Presidential election choices:
1) Donald Trump vs. Adam Schiff
2) J.D. Vance vs. AOC
3) Marco Rubio vs. Gavin Newsom
My question to you is, for whom do you pull the lever in each scenario?
Don't cop out on me.
PS - For the record, put me down as Trump, Vance, and Rubio.

In my opinion when we are out and about and see them we need to just smile and be nice if we have to interact at all. These people have turned in to the weirdos of society. All they really stand on is Trump is Hitler, Epstein files( when Trump has nothing to do with it) , let all aliens who wanna come to this country come, worship abortion, let transgenders be in girls locker rooms, and throw away tax payer money on nonsense.
When you're among these people in public be nice. They're angry, They don't have any common sense, yet act on emotion, and they don't have a lot to live for. They will hurt you or damage your property in a heartbeat.

The US Democratic Party has gone full blown Bolshevik Party. Violent Revolution is their platform.
They know that whatever chaos and suffering they cause will be blamed on Trump by Mass Media.
That's why I expect this shutdown to last for a while longer.

The Left is literally lost and has no idea what to do.
A no kings protest when kings don't actually allow them, but we do here. It's just amazing how stupid they are.

Can’t be anything more pitiful than a today’s liberal grown man. As pitiful maybe but more pitiful? Impossible
