I agree with this. Intolerance of ideas is a major problem.

So what’s the solution? Extreme Tribalism where you never talk to people who may disagree with you?

How about actually considering others’ points of view to engage in a good faith conversation.

with people who think exactly like Jasmine Crockett, AOC, Swallowell, Schumer, Durbin, Murphy, Blumenthal, the Chicago mayor, the IL, MI, NY, NJ, CA governors, etc, forever?

The congressmen vote in lockstep with the worst. The senators vote in lockstep with the worst.

consider THEIR points of view?

When have any of those assholes or their supporters ever considered MY point of view?

Have you ever considered going and fricking yourself?

For sure. both sides are guilty of this. It’s way past time that both sides consider your point of view.

I will happily talk with a liberal for hours or even days about issues if they are willing. But it's pretty much impossible to have that conversation because inside of 10 minutes they're going to call you a racist sexist homophobe or any of the other words that are basically designed to say shut up. Liberals are incapable of considering that you think what you think for honest reasons. It's one thing to think a person is wrong. Or even stupid. But liberals don't even give you that courtesy. They go straight to assigning evil.

Only a stupid fricking Democrat Libtard would ask a question like that. That thought would never even cross the mind of a conservative America first person.

yes, all of this. Start hitting them with some facts and truths and they will want to grab you around the throat and strangle you within the first two minutes. I know this from experience with family.

Yep. A major reason they got trounced. They have to change this approach, and I’m seeing a few signs that some are getting it.

I recently heard Bill Maher got invited for a chat at the White House. This is the result of him inviting Kid Rock to his podcast for a chat. That’s progress.

People are human.

I've often tried to explain this to liberals and I feel like it's banging my head against the wall.

While of course nobody likes to be called stupid I would far rather you call me stupid than simply dismiss everything I think as motivated by evil. Stupid at least grants me the respect of saying that I really thought about the issue and just came to a horribly bad conclusion. We can actually have a conversation around that.

A lot of people and organizations within the media or politics do their best to antagonize and drive all of these wedges between us as Americans.

It Is to their benefit monetarily or politically to have people riled up and completely un trusting of anything they hear from outside their preferred source.

So essentially, we’re all getting played when we consume all of this carefully curated newsfeed. People are literally being informed by two different realities. I think it hurts the country when people retreat and view each other as pure evil.
Which is total bullshite, because if a natural disaster were to hit, we’d all rally together and help each other. I’ve seen that numerous times with floods in Houston, etc.

I don’t give a frick about what Trump thinks about trannies.

My post had nothing to do with Trump, dummy.

No one is afraid of those freaks. That’s funny that you try to project that though.

Without the Wasichu happily throwing his money away at casinos, and the Indigenous people happily taking that money, the tribal governments would be bankrupt in days.

I've got plenty of friends and coworkers that are skins and two of my sons are married into Lakota and Seminole blood, and even they know it's true.

And don't bust my balls. I go to powwows to listen to the music and watch the dances and it's awesome. I love their traditional cultures and how they view their relationship to the land. I just leave before the drinking begins
