Nothing until you bring them to a confrontation with police trying to act tough.

Why do you say it was okay for Kyle Rittenhouse? Kyle can not help it that so many American citizens chose to remain unarmed on that day while property was being destroyed.
More guns equals less crime!!

There are also videos of people being detained and physically harassed for filming while the ice agent uses the word “domestic terrorist“. It really depends on who the ice agent is.
Can you post a video that specifically shows someone being detained for filming? And not a small clip where you don’t know what happened prior. You are known to stretch the truth pretty far on here. Thanks

They’ve been given freedom to go after people for filming with their cell phone.
No they haven't

And why was that?
Must have had something to do with protecting himself from violent criminals that were attacking him rather than to confront and provoke law enforcement officers performing their official duties enforcing long standing law.

with your thinking Kyle would have died or been really injured without it

Detained

Physically harassed. Just imagine if it was a man who resisted being pushed off of a public street.
LINK
Documentation that filming can be considered domestic terrorism. The video is at the beginning. The rest is just talk that I did not watch.
Which is another way for you to say you will defend or deflect what’s in the videos

Watch the videos I just posted. Especially the last two.

It's ok to arm yourself, until you arm yourself in preparation to confront and obstruct federal law enforcement. That's a premeditated crime.

Under mn carrying a handgun requires a permit and it must be in possession to carry

So I have to take the word of another protester?

ICE guy seemed like a jack arse but don’t know like always, what happened prior.

I had actually seen that one before, good catch. Albeit they can’t actually do what he says he was gonna do for just filming, he’s an idiot for saying it.

You said they've been given freedom to go after people filming. Meaning from the top down they've been given authority to do so & that has not happened. You are
Then you provided short videos with no prior context. Just as someone mentioned you would do.
For you its just

Did the guy have a concealed carry permit?
If he has a concealed carry permit, he did not have it on him. If he has a concealed carry permit but was carrying w/o having the concealed carry permit on him, he's breaking the law. It's being reported he did not have an ID. A concealed carry permit qualifies as an ID. OTOH, there the stories we're reading could also have a lot of bad/inaccurate reporting.

Horrible analogy for many reasons.
Dumb and intellectually lazy.

Not only that - he commits a felony on a federal agent and then another by resisting arrest.
Posted on 1/24/26 at 3:40 pm to HailToTheChiz
No it’s not a felony. He could have been there peacefully all day with his sidearm.
It’s Darwin at work when someone, in that environment, gets aggressive toward law enforcement and refuses to comply and then fights them once they’ve had enough of his BS.
