It seems to be the "age of reaction" on tPT, where simply waiting until the actual facts emerge is verboten, and you must immediately speak the unknown variables before the scene of the incident is even cleaned up.

I knew the facts on the lesbian chick that got herself clapped because the video initially released within hours clearly showed it, long before the body cam footage corroborated it. But this scenario is different. There's not much of a clear picture of anything thus far. What is known, is that this guy was fighting violently against federal agents trying to subdue him, and it became apparent during the struggle that he was armed.

Almost 100% going to be a justified shoot by legal standards, but I'm not about to try and fill in the blanks.
